As we welcomed students back for the beginning of Term 2 our CTK community joined together to remember the servicemen and women who have bravely served our country. The whole school gathered in the church and representatives of each grade placed a poppy on the prayer focus.
As we reflected together as a community to commemorate ANZAC Day we were reminded of the importance of life, love and peace and of the sacrifice that many men and women make today to keep our country safe.
We ask that God continue to walk with them and their families and that as a nation we may follow in the words of Jesus to ‘love one another’.

πΆπ Year 5 Student at Lifted Live ππΆ Some of our Year 5 students recently took part in Lifted Live, hosted by Catholic Youth Parramatta and the CSPD. The day focused on Pentecost and the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, encouraging young people to reflect on how they can use their God-given gifts to serve others and live out their faith each day. Lifted Live brings young people together through faith, music and community, creating opportunities to grow in their relationship with God and connect with others in a joyful and inspiring environment.
