The Christ The King community joined together to remember the servicemen and women who have bravely served our country.
As we welcomed students back for the beginning of Term 2 our CTK community joined together to remember the servicemen and women who have bravely served our country. The whole school gathered in the church and representatives of each grade placed a poppy on the prayer focus.
As we reflected together as a community to commemorate ANZAC Day we were reminded of the importance of life, love and peace and of the sacrifice that many men and women make today to keep our country safe.
We ask that God continue to walk with them and their families and that as a nation we may follow in the words of Jesus to ‘love one another’.

π§π Year 2 Reflecting on the Big Walk for Water ππ§ After participating in our schoolβs Big Walk for Water, Year 2 students spent time reflecting on the experience and thinking about the challenges faced by many people around the world who must walk long distances each day to collect clean water. It is wonderful to see our students making meaningful connections between their learning and living out our faith in action. π #Year2 #BigWalkForWater #ProjectCompassion #CaritasAustralia #FaithInAction #CatholicSocialTeaching #PrimarySchoolLife
