In year 1, we have working hard learning about different materials, their properties and characteristics. As a final project for the year, year 1 worked in their science groups to create shelters to protect the three little pigs from the big bad wolf. The Year 2 Showcase of learning was all about bridges! 🌉 The students have been learning about different materials and their properties. They have worked very hard to design bridge structures and they loved testing out their designs with their parents. They had to consider the strength of their materials and then consider the weight of the test items they used. 💪 Year Two loved sharing everything they have learnt.💙 Thank you to all the parents who attended our afternoon. 😊

This week, the 57 talented members of the Christ the King Choir brought the joy of Christmas to life with heartfelt carol performances at the Epping Club and for the Good Neighbourhood Group. Their festive celebrations continue this Sunday at John Wearn Reserve, where they’ll perform at the North Rocks Twilight Carols—an event open to everyone! The performances wrap up next Thursday with carols at the North Rocks Shopping Centre. Congratulations to these dedicated students for spreading Christmas cheer far and wide. These concerts mark the finale of an extraordinary year for the Christ the King Choir as we celebrate our school’s 50th jubilee. Congratulations to all the members for their dedication to the choir in 2024.

It was a very special day last Friday with our Kinder 2025 children meeting their buddies for the first time. 🥰🎉 The children all had so much fun getting to know one another. We are so proud of our Year 4 children for making the newest members of our CTK Family feel so welcome. ❤️💛
